The hotel assisted with room decorations and provided a birthday cake for my wife's birthday celebration. The club lounge team, especially Myra and Alaa, surprised her with another birthday celebration. This thoughtful gesture was MUCH appreciated. Mr Mahmoud from the club lounge, Ms Tahzeen from reception, and Ms Arzu provided AMAZING service.

The premises include luxurious spaces and a large swimming pool that offers opportunities for relaxation, always ensuring that guests find comfort in their environment, also the view of the burj is magnificent.

The room service provided attention to detail and readily accommodated our needs, showing the staff's dedication. Special thanks to Abidullah from room service and Samuel from security for their helpfulness, also Arzu from reception.

Breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner are exclusive to certain rooms, a really great option. The club lounge with a terrace offers a view of the fountain and the burj, all included, also the food was AMAZING!!!
